I have purchased two pairs of shoes from this company in the clearance sale and the quality seems good I also purchased one additional pair of shoes at full price “tassel loafers” and I am pleased with all my purchases and I would recommend them if you’re looking for Mid-range quality shoes....

I am very impressed with OS's customer service: I have been having difficulty finding the right fit and had to return some pairs of shoes, but customer service is readily available online, very helpful, and they have always been prompt with refunds.

Very minor issue, handled in a very professional manner, couldn't have asked for more. Love the brand and products , the way it was dealt with , only reassures me more that its a fantastic team and brand.

Bought some shoes for my wife, and successfully managed to get the wrong size. Twice. Oliver Sweeney made it incredibly easy to manage the two returns, exchanged item (in the correct size, hey I'm learning...) and a speedy refund. Did I forget to mention I hadn't put a note on the returns asking for one to be refunded and the other to be exchanged? They made that really easy too - a couple of emails to customer service and it was all done. Zero hassle. Nice shoes too. Thank you Oliver Sweeney.

I have been a customer of Oliver Sweeney for many years. Recently I bought a pair of boots that had faulty soles which peeled away within a few days. This was a first for me as normally the quality from OS is fantastic. I contacted customer services and they arranged a replacement immediately with no hassle. Outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have 15 pairs of Oliver Sweeney’s now - that in itself should say something about how fantastic a product they are. Recently I got in touch with them to explain that the heel on a pair of my favourite brogues seemed to have worn disproportionately to the others. I very quickly got an e-mail back from the cobbler-in-chief himself! Although this was something that had never been reported to him before, he accepted my feedback without quibble and asked if I could send them back for a free repair. The shoes have just arrived back today and the workmanship is of course excellent. The main man even said he had slightly amended the specification of the shoe to make sure this could not happen in the future! In the midst of the most difficult year for generations, it is heartwarming to receive such fantastic and personal service. I believe that all retailers, large and small, could learn a thing or two from the team at Oliver Sweeney. My ongoing custom was all but guaranteed beforehand, not least because of the quality of the shoes themselves; however, this level of service really has cemented that and makes me happy that I am aligned to such a magnificent company. Thank you!

Wrong size and colour sent but excellent service on replacing them with the correct ones

On. Recent holiday my husbands Oliver Sweeney shoes were ruined by something leaking in our case. I am so grateful for how head office have repaired them, I contacted them via the live chat on the website while on holiday. Sent a picture of the shoe and six weeks later they are back here like new, no fuss just told me to send them back and they had them repaired . It’s so lovely that you can still get personal service like this in a brand . Thank you Oliver Sweeney !

Excellent customer service and website support

Amazing quality products, service and after care. What more can you ask for. I recently lost a should strap for my Exeter Leather bag and they have replaced it free of charge. That is just one more reason to stay loyal to Oliver Sweeney.
